We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product/service availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

- Attendees, delegates & speakers are fully responsible for their belongings at venues, which means COAISL will not be responsible for any misplacement and/or loss and/or damage of their personal items, brought to COAISL events.
- Bringing press or media to COAISL events must be approved in writing by COAISL prior to the event.
- COAISL will not take any liability for personal rigging, injuries, or damage to the delegates during events.
- Please be informed that registration fees do not include any insurance of any kind. It is the duty of the individual attendee to arrange necessary insurance coverage, COAISL will not be responsible for any damage and/or loss of personal property.
- All transportation and parking are the sole responsibility of the registrant.

- Please note you are not eligible for a refund once your registration is confirmed.
- You may appeal for a refund, in which case the COAISL Council shall reserve the right to dictate the manner and amount of refunds offered, if any.
- In case of cancellation of the event by COAISL due to unavoidable circumstances, the COAISL Council shall reserve the right to dictate the manner and amount of refunds offered, if any.
- COAISL will notify you if the refund is approved and will initiate the refund to your original method of payment, subject to approval by the Council.
- The COAISL will take up matters of refunds after the conclusion of the Annual Academic Congress.
- Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
